Now, here we have almost identical piece to the one here. And even ten tyears earlier. A tied turban style padded filet. Not only is it from the same period, (in fact within ten years of each other, ) it is used with the same hairstyle, and almost identical garb. Tha lady in purple - it appears to be studded with pearls, this on is absoulutly covered in beads, these in fact, appear to be multicolored. If they aren't then the underlying material is multicolored orn striped in some way.I would assume that this piece would be wrapped and pinned around the head tightly.
